Terms of Service

• NeduHub sets up each school: classes, subjects, students, staff accounts and result PINs. Schools do not create their own admin accounts.
• Teachers enter scores; the school's principal or head checks, approves and publishes results. NeduHub does not approve or change a school's results.
• The portal works out totals, grades, averages and positions from the scores entered. The school remains responsible for checking results before they are published.
• Parents check a published result with the school name and a result PIN issued by the school.

• Give accurate student and staff information, and tell us when it changes.
• Have the right to share students' information with us for running the portal.
• Hand result PINs only to the right parent or student, and report lost or misused PINs.

• Each account is for one person. Do not share your password.
• Change the temporary password at first sign-in and keep your new one private.
• Use the portal only for your school's work, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Do not try to get into accounts or records that are not yours, guess PINs, copy the software, or disrupt the service. Repeated wrong PIN attempts are blocked for a while. We may turn off an account that is misused.

We work to keep the portal running, but it depends on internet connections and on outside providers, so we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We will tell schools in advance about planned work where we can.

If a school stops using the portal or the agreed fees are not paid, we may turn the school off. Parents then cannot check results and staff cannot sign in, but nothing is deleted. Turning the school back on restores everything. See our Privacy Policy for how records are kept and deleted.

For websites, branding and other design work, the scope, price, timeline and who owns the finished work are agreed with each client before work starts.

We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong information entered by users, shared passwords or PINs, or problems with outside providers and internet connections. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and schools will be told about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: hello@neduhub.com or our contact page.
